Move-outs, apartments and rental turnovers
Westland has a lot of apartment complexes and rental homes, so a big share of our work here is move-out cleanup. Tenants leave behind couches, mattresses, bed frames and bags of everything they didn't want to pack. Landlords and property managers call us to clear the unit fast so it can be cleaned, painted and shown again. Move-out and turnover jobs start at $325, and we can work with a lockbox or a maintenance contact if you can't be on site.
For apartments, we take items down stairs and through hallways, so you don't need to haul anything to the dumpster yourself. Many complexes don't allow furniture in the dumpster anyway.
Houses across the city
We also do plenty of house jobs, from the subdivisions off Merriman and Wayne Road to the neighborhoods near Ford Road and Cherry Hill. Garage cleanouts are popular here, as are basement cleanouts in older homes. If you're done with an old washer, dryer, fridge or chest freezer, we'll carry it out and take it away. Gas appliances need to be disconnected and capped by a professional before we arrive.
Hot tubs are another common Westland call. Backyard tubs that stopped working years ago are heavy and awkward, and getting one through a side gate takes planning. Hot tub removal starts at $350, and we cut it down as needed and haul out every piece so the yard is clear.
Renovation leftovers
If you just finished a project, we take drywall scraps, old carpet and pad, cabinets, vanities, flooring and trim. Renovation debris starts at $250, and heavy material like concrete or brick is quoted separately because of the weight. We don't take paint, solvents, or other hazardous materials.

Snap a photo and text it to (313) 367-3808. We'll reply with an upfront price based on truck space, and that's what you'll pay unless the job turns out to be larger than what's shown. For whole-house jobs we'll come out and quote in person for free.
